General Enquiries

1. What is Frasers Makan Master?
Frasers Makan Master is an online food delivery, takeaway and dine-in service available in the Frasers Experience (FRx) app. It connects you to participating F&B outlets in the malls of Frasers Property for you to conveniently enjoy your meals in the comfort of your home! Simply log into the FRx app, select Makan Master and place your order!
2. When can I place orders?
You can place an order during the store opening hours, or when service is made available by the outlet.
3. What dining options are there?
Delivery, take-away and dine-in options are available, depending on the services offered by the store.
4. Can I pre-order my food?
Same-day pre-ordering is available for delivery and takeaway orders only. When making your order, simply select the time slot. Do remember to check that the correct time is selected on the order summary page before checkout.
5. Can I book a table?
Table reservation service is unavailable. Please approach the relevant F&B outlet for any reservation enquiries.
6. What if I have food allergies or preferences?
List special requests under “Add A Note” at the order summary page. Do be specific on ingredients to omit, or instruction on cooking preferences. Please contact the relevant F&B store on your special requests. The store’s contact details are available above the store’s menu within the Makan Master section or via Stores’ directory within the Frasers Experience (FRx) app.
7. What should I do if I have an issue but is not able to obtain assistance from the counter?

Orders

8. Can I place orders from multiple stores and checkout all at once?
Yes, you may place a mix & match order via delivery from up to 3 stores in the same mall. Do place mix & match orders in advance due to longer preparation and collection time.
9. How do I know that my order has been accepted?
An email and in-app notification that the store has accepted your order will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can also check order status under 'My Orders' in Makan Master.
10. Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
We understand that plans sometimes change. Please contact the store(s) directly to cancel your order immediately, if the merchant has yet to prepare your order or have a driver assigned. Request for a cancellation and refund is solely at the store’s discretion. Orders are not eligible for refund, if cancellation request occurs AFTER the store has started preparing the order, or if the delivery driver assigned is near the store for pick up.
11. Can I change my order?
Please contact the store directly to change your order, subject to confirmation by the merchant. Should the change request occur AFTER the store has started preparing your order, refund request will not be processed.
12. What if I have a problem with my order?

13. Are the prices on Makan Master the same as the prices in-store?
Stores are encouraged to publish the same prices as they offer in-stores. However, depending on their menu and price policies, different menu items and pricing may be offered in Makan Master.

Payment

14. What are the payment methods accepted on Makan Master?
Makan Master currently accepts FRx Gift Cards, GrabPay, Visa and Mastercard. FRx Gift Cards are available for purchase in the Frasers Experience (FRx) app.

1. FRx Gift Card

For full payment
  • On the order summary screen, enter the full amount to be deducted from your FRx Gift Card and tap ‘Use’.
  • A message box will appear to confirm full payment by FRx Gift Card, tap ‘Proceed’.
  • Upon successful payment, a ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.
     
For partial payment
  • On the order summary screen, enter the amount to be deducted from your FRx Gift Card and tap ‘Use’.
  • The revised payment amount will be reflected, tap ‘Next’ to continue payment with GrabPay or Credit Card (refer to point 2 or 3 for the respective payment modes).
  • Upon successful payment, a ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear on the Makan Master payment page, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

2. Credit Card
  • On the ‘Select Payment Method’ screen, tap on ‘Add Cards’ and you will be directed to the payment gateway to enter your card details.
  • Key in the required details, tap ‘Submit’ and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Key in the OTP, upon successful entry, the card will be added to your Makan Master account.
  • Select the card for payment and tap ‘Place Order’.
  • A message will appear informing you about your order and the amount to be charged, tap ‘Proceed’.
  • A ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

Delivery

15. What is the minimum amount for delivery?
The minimum order amount is determined by each store, and indicated in the store listing within Makan Master.
16. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
The estimated delivery time is shown at the order summary page. Do expect some delays during peak periods and/or poor weather conditions. For mix & match orders, it is recommended to place your order 1.5 hours prior to your estimated delivery time.
17. Which locations offer delivery services?
Makan Master is available up to 15km from the malls of Frasers Property. Simply enter your address and the list of stores available within your area will be displayed.
18. What if my delivery rider did not arrive?
Check delivery status in ‘My Orders’ in Makan Master. If your order status shows that order has been delivered, however, you have yet received your order items, please email the Makan Master support team at MMhelp@frasersproperty.com immediately.
19. How can I enjoy promotional discounts?
  1. Stores offering promotional discounts will display the coupon code details within a green banner once you select the store.
  2. Simply apply the coupon code at “DO YOU HAVE A COUPON CODE?” box, and click ‘Apply’ before checkout, to enjoy the promotion.
20. Can I view past orders?
Yes, all receipts from your previous orders can be viewed in 'My Orders' in Makan Master.
