GrabFood on FRx provides an expanded selection of food options, encompassing a wider range of merchants from the Malls of Frasers Property. With this service, you can enjoy an even greater variety of F&B choices at your fingertips.
3. Which locations are included under the Malls of Frasers Property on GrabFood on FRx?
The locations are Alexandra Technopark, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Frasers Tower, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

Delivery and self pick-up options are available, depending on the services offered by the store.
6. Can I book a table via Grabfood on FRx?
Table reservation service is unavailable. Please approach the relevant F&B outlet for any reservation enquiries.
7. I am not able to find a particular store under the Malls of Frasers Property on GrabFood on FRx. Does this mean it is unavailable?
Stores available to you on GrabFood on FRx are dependent on your location. If you are not able to find a store, it might mean that you are located too far away and the store is unable to deliver to you. Do explore the other fantastic food options that are available to you.
8. What benefits do I get as a FRx Member ordering on GrabFood on FRx?
Exclusive collaborations with GrabFood on FRx may be available for users of the FRx app. Stay informed of the latest ongoing campaigns and offers here.
9. Do I earn FRx Points from orders made on GrabFood on FRx?
No, you will not earn FRx Points from orders made on GrabFood.
10. Can I earn GrabPoints and GrabRewards for orders made on GrabFood on FRx?
Yes, you will earn GrabPoints and GrabRewards when you make an order.
11. Will I be able to earn FRx Points or FRx Gift Cards when I order through GrabFood on FRx?
No, FRx points and/or FRx Gift Cards will not be awarded for orders placed on GrabFood on FRx.​
12. Can I use my FRx Gift Cards to get a discount off an order placed on GrabFood on FRx?
No, FRx Gift Cards cannot be used to offset the purchase amount of your GrabFood orders. You may however choose to utilise your Grab points, if any and if applicable, to offset your order amount.
13. I was redirected to the Grab app after tapping on GrabFood on FRx app. Can I access the full suite of GrabFood services via the FRx app?
Upon redirection, you will have access to the complete range of GrabFood services. However, do note that promotions may be applicable only with merchants from the Malls of Frasers Property.

1. Can I place orders from multiple stores and check out all at once with GrabFood on FRx?
Yes, you may place a mix & match order from stores within the same mall, which is only available for delivery orders. To do so, tap on GrabFood on the FRx app. You will be redirected to the GrabFood app – Malls of Frasers Property, and a list of all the Frasers Property merchants near you will be reflected. Scroll down to locate ‘Mall name - Mix & Match’ to add orders.

Do place mix & match orders in advance to allow for preparation and collection time.

2. Can I pre-order my food on GrabFood on FRx?
Same day and next day pre-ordering is available for delivery orders only. When making your order, simply select ‘Order for later’ under the ‘Delivery options’ section and choose your preferred time slot. Do remember to check that the correct time is selected before checking out.
3. How do I know that my order has been accepted?
You will receive an in-app notification from Grab app that the store has accepted your order.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
After an order is made and accepted by the store, you’ll not be able to change or cancel it. You may also refer to Grab’s Help Centre for more information.
5. What if there’s a problem with my order?
You may request for help from the Resolve a GrabFood Issue page. For other queries about your GrabFood order, please check out Grab’s Help Centre.


1. How can I make payment for GrabFood on FRx?
A variety of payment methods such as Debit/Credit Cards, GrabPay and Cash are accepted. Do refer to GrabFood’s payment methods here. During promotional periods, specific payment methods may offer additional benefits, please refer to the promotion’s terms and conditions.


1. What is the minimum spending amount required for delivery?
The minimum order amount is determined by each store and indicated in the store listing. For orders less than the minimum amount, a small order fee may apply.
2. Is delivery free if I order via GrabFood on FRx?
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations and are indicated in the store listing.
3. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
Estimated delivery times are shown on individual store listings and product pages. Do expect some delays during peak periods and/or poor weather conditions
What if my delivery rider did not arrive?
You will be able to report cancelled or no-show orders through Grab’s Help Centre.
