1. What is Frasers Experience?

Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore's multi-feature app, providing shoppers with a new way to shop, dine and play. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 13 Frasers Property Singapore developments.

2. Who qualifies to apply for Frasers Experience?
Frasers Experience (FRx) is open to all local residents aged 18 years and above, who have a valid Singapore mobile number and email address.
3. How do I download the Frasers Experience app?
Please download the Frasers Experience App by searching for “Frasers Experience” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. How do I register to be a Frasers Experience member?
  • Download the Frasers Experience (FRx) app and register for an account with a unique and valid Singapore mobile number, your email address and an alpha-numeric password of your choice. Your password should be case sensitive.
  • Complete a one-time verification of your mobile number via OTP and verify your email address via a link sent to your desired email address. Once done, you are now ready to start earning points with FRx. Simply present your FRx member QR code in-store to earn FRx Points instantly upon point of purchase with a minimum spend of $10.
  • You may also update your profile details at any time via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app > “Profile” Tab.
5. How do I update my personal particulars?
You can make changes to your particulars by updating your profile via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app > “Profile” Tab.
6. Do I need to activate my Frasers Experience membership account at Customer Service Counter?
No, your Frasers Experience Membership account is activated immediately after you have signed up via the Frasers Experience App.
7. Can I enjoy free parking or Gift with Purchase (GWP) redemptions with Frasers Experience?
  • Yes. Simply shop and present your FRx QR Code at participating retailers by clocking your spend at the point of purchase and to earn FRx Points. Once you meet the minimum spend requirements, you will receive an in-app notification alerting you to collect your Gift-with-Purchase from Customer Service Counter
  • Likewise for free parking, upon meeting the minimum spend requirements, you may redeem complimentary parking coupons at the Customer Service Counter
  • To do so, simply present your FRx member QR code at the Customer Service Counter for redemption

8. Must I be a Frasers Experience member to enjoy all promotions and lucky draws conducted by the Malls of Frasers Property?
  • Yes, you will need to sign up for a complimentary FRx membership to qualify for all promotions and lucky draws conducted by the Malls of Frasers Property unless otherwise stated
  • Only a one-time registration is required to qualify for all future promotions including lucky draws. You may download the FRx app and register today
9. How do I receive updates on the latest promotions and lucky draw campaigns?
  • Depending on the preferred communication options you have selected during registration, you can receive our promotional materials via the following channels:
    • Electronic Direct Mailers
    • SMS
    • In-app notifications
  • You may also update your preferences via the Frasers Experience App > “Profile” Tab
  • Please note that by unsubscribing from our promotional mailing list, you will still receive email and/or SMS alerts on your FRx Points, rebates, lucky draw and redemptions
  • Should you opt-out from receiving member alerts in addition to promotional materials, the onus is on you to track your FRx Points and FRx Gift Cards through the FRx app. Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd (FPRM) will only contact you should you win any of the lucky draws that you have participated in
10. Is there a membership fee?
No, the Frasers Experience membership is free for all.
11. What is the duration of my membership?
Unless the membership is terminated or suspended, the membership will be valid as long as the FRx loyalty programme is in operations.
12. Is the Frasers Experience membership transferrable?
No, Frasers Experience (FRx) membership is non-transferrable. Friends and family members keen on enjoying the same benefits can download the FRx app.
13. How can I terminate my Frasers Experience (FRx) membership?
You can request to delete your FRx account via the Frasers Experience App > “Profile” Tab.

Your account will automatically be deleted after 30 days from the day of request. If you would like to revert your account termination request, you may do so anytime within the 30 days by contacting FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.

Upon termination, all FRx Points, FRx Gift Cards and the Frasers Experience’s associated benefits will be forfeited upon and cannot be transferred to another account.
