TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, White Sands and Valley Point

2. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. EVENT

1. The Fun with Frosty Event [‘Event’] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 28 Nov – 26 Dec 2023 at the following participating Frasers Property Singapore malls:
   
   Hougang Mall from 28 November to 10 December 2023 and at Tampines 1 from 12 December to 26 December 2023 (closed on Mondays).
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
   • 2.1 Booking is required to be made on-site, on the day of the event. Shoppers will be required to visit the event to register and check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • 2.2 To participate, present a single same-day transaction, with a minimum $30 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, at the event. An event crew will assist eligible shoppers in booking the earliest available session.
   • 2.3 Event is open to FRx Members and their children above the age of 4 years. FRx members can only register for themselves and one child in a single booking.
   • 2.4 Any additional adults and children who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking which requires a minimum of $30 spent in a single same-day transaction.
   • 2.5 Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old must always be accompanied by an adult during the 30-minute session.
   • 2.6 Children must be at least 7 years of age to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.
   • 2.7 Do note that the Fun with Frosty snowy pop-up events may be located either indoors or outdoors. Outdoor event will be sheltered with tentage.
   • 2.8 All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
3. EVENT CHECK-IN
   • 3.1 Upon verification, the event will require FRx members to scan the event’s QR code via the FRx Event Registration Website to complete the booking.
   • 3.2 Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive an event confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
   • 3.3 Participants are to present the confirmation email to enter the event. The event crew will conduct a check-in process.
   • 3.4 If confirmation email was not received, FRx members are advised to check their junk email folder. For further assistance, please approach the Event Organiser for assistance.
4. EVENT ENTRY
   • 4.1 Covered shoes are compulsory to enter the snowy pop-up event; shoe protectors will be provided.
   • 4.2 No one is permitted into the event area without shoe protectors, except for authorised personnel.
   • 4.3 At the end of the session, participants may dispose of the shoe protectors and will be required to exit the event area in a safe and orderly manner.
   • 4.4 All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.
   • 4.5 While in the rink, orderly behaviour must be maintained. Any action that endangers or interferes with other participants’ safety or pleasure is prohibited.
   • 4.6 All outdoor Fun with Frosty events are sheltered. However, in the event of heavy rain, the event organiser may choose to cease or cancel the Fun with Frosty session to prevent fall risk.
5. OTHERS
   • 5.1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.
   • 5.2. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel or suspend a snow play session at any time on the grounds of public safety.
   • 5.3. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way, from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.
   • 5.4. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
   • 5.5. Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Retail for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Frasers Property Retail and/or its authorised third parties.
   • 5.6. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
