PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM


In addition to and without prejudice to the terms set out in the Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy https://www.frasersproperty.com/privacy-policy, if you use or access any of the mobile applications (such as the Frasers Experience App) or participate in any of the loyalty programmes of Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd. ("Frasers", "FPRM", "us" or "we" as the case may be), you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data by us for the following purposes in connection with our mobile applications and loyalty programmes (as may be applicable):

  1. Loyalty programmes: If you are a member of any of our customer loyalty programs, including the Frasers Experience (FRx) programme, we may collect, use and disclose your personal data to:

    1. register and administer benefits and privileges under such programmes;
    2. facilitate account creation and management;
    3. provide notifications in connection with the loyalty program, including the collection of prizes, redemption of rewards and accumulation of points;
    4. send you (i) marketing and promotional information about the products and services; (ii) information on events at our properties which may be of interest to you; and (iii) newsletters and magazines associated with our customer loyalty programs;
    5. carry out research, profiling and statistical analysis, including matching and aggregating the information you provide through different channels to understand how we can serve you better;
    6. conduct marketing activities including market research, customer profiling, customer insights and targeted marketing activities and
    7. purposes reasonably related to the foregoing.

  2. Platforms: If you download or use any of our platforms, including without limitation to make payments at participating merchants at our properties, we may collect, use,disclose and/or process your personal data to:

    1. provide you with the products and services requested for;
    2. maintain your account with us;
    3. verify and process your personal particulars and process payment requests in relation to the provision of goods and services in connection with our mobile applications
    4. process requests, including your request to tokenize your cards;
    5. carry out research, profiling and statistical analysis, including matching and aggregating the information you provide through different channels to understand how we can serve you better;
    6. conduct marketing activities including market research, customer profiling, customer insights and targeted marketing activities;
    7. in addition to the foregoing, if you access and/or use any of our Frasers eStore Services (including without limitation to place orders for products and services from independent merchants listed on the eStore Services):
      1. prepare,process,administer,provide and/or deliver any of your orders for any products and/or services requested for;
      2. update you on any change in connection with your orders and the delivery of any products and/or services requested for;
      3. provide customer support for your orders;
      4. maintain records of your orders and manage and prepare reports on incidents and/or accidents and
    8. purposes reasonably related to the foregoing.

  3. Disclosure of Personal Data: In connection with the purposes set out above, we may disclose or share your personal data with organisations within the Fraser Property Group (as may be applicable) as well as to the third parties listed under “Disclosure of Personal Data” in the Privacy Policy.
