A. GENERAL TERMS 

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.  

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:  

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands. 

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time. 

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.  

4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION 

Be rewarded every step of the way (FRx bonus points and FRx Gift Cards)

• Participants who achieve the below milestones will be rewarded with FRx bonus points and FRx gift cards. 
  • 5km: 100 FRx points  
  • 10km: 400 FRx points 
  • 25km: 500 FRx points 
  • 50km: 1,000 FRx points 
  • 75km: $5 FRx gift card 
  • 100km: $15 FRx gift card 
• Participants need to be an FRx member to redeem FRx points. 
• Rewards are available on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last

• Participants who complete the following actions and achieve the below milestones will be rewarded with digital coins. 
  • Participation in Every Step Forward: 50 coins  
  • Invite a friend: 25 coins per successful invite 
  • 5km: 50 coins 
  • 10km: 100 coins  
  • 25km: 150 coins 
  • 50km: 250 coins  
  • 75km: 250 coins 
  • 100km: 250 coins  
• Coins are automatically issued via the participant’s Every Step Forward account. 
• Coins can be exchanged for retail rewards which are available on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last.  
• Coins can be exchanged for the following retail rewards:

D. LUCKY DRAW

1. The Lucky Draw is open to all registered participants of the Frasers Property Every Step Forward 2026 campaign who are aged 18 and above. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

2. Earn your lucky draw chances as you walk/run or cycle

3. Participants will earn lucky draw chances based on the total distance clocked and successfully uploaded via walking, running, or cycling during the campaign period. Chances are not cumulative across distance tiers; instead, participants will be awarded chances according to the highest milestone tier they achieve by the end of the campaign.

4. The campaign tracking period ends on 19 August 2026 at 23:59 (SGT). All eligible distance submissions must be uploaded prior to this deadline to qualify for the lucky draw.

5. Each unique participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) lucky draw prize throughout the entire campaign.

6. The lucky draw will be conducted electronically via a randomized computerized system which will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 20 August 2026

7. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results.

8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

9. Frasers Property reserves the right to disqualify any participant or void any entries if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, GPS manipulation, or dishonest distance logging

10. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Frasers Property reserves the right to forfeit the prize or select an alternative winner via a reserve draw.

11. Frasers Property is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or late submissions resulting from system delays or app connectivity issues.

12. Other terms and conditions apply.

E. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
