A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperence.com.

C. REDEMPTION

• Limited to 2 redemptions per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while slots last.
• Limited to first 5,000 redemptions.
• Present FRx QR code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem pass.
• Available on a first-come, first served basis and while slots last.
• Last redemption at 9.30pm. Receipts after 9.30pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (10am – 9.30pm)
• Entry to the Halloween Maze is on a first-come-first-served basis per day. Last entry at 10pm on event days.
• The Halloween Maze is not suitable for shoppers with medical conditions, pregnant women, and children below 12 years old, unless with adult supervision.
Redeem a scream-worthy Halloween workshop pass with $60 spent.
From 7 to 27 October 2024
Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.
• Minimum spend of $10 per transaction.
• Minimum spend of $60 in 3 same-day transactions to qualify for redemption.
• Present FRx QR code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem pass.
• Available on a first-come, first served basis and while slots last.
• Limited to the first 20 sign-ups per workshop session on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their FRx QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending at Cold Storage at Tampines 1, FRx member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR code at Tampines 1's Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the Customer Service, Level 2.
7. The Management of Tampines 1 reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
C. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme applies. For more information, please visit here.
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Tampines 1 will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
