A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:

Enjoy 1 hour of Free Weekday Parking (worth $1.40)

Scan your FRx QR Code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $50 in a single receipt at FairPrice Finest (#B1-31/32/33) between 8am and 10am from 26 August till 30 October 2024.

Only valid from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Limited to the first 50 redemptions per day.
Transactions made on the same day and within the same mall must be scanned to the same FRx account during the promotional period between 8am to 10am.
FRx Carpark$ will be automatically credited to your FRx e-wallet when the qualifying amount is met.
IU number and car plate number must be updated in the FRx app before you can utilize the Carpark$.
Carpark$ issued before 30 September 2024 will be valid till 31 December 2024. Carpark$ issued after 1 October 2024 will be valid till 31 December 2025.
