What is Frasers Makan Master?
Frasers Makan Master is an online food delivery and takeaway service available in the Frasers Experience (FRx) App. It connects you to your favourite F&B outlets in the malls of Frasers Property so you can enjoy your meals in the comfort of your own home! Simply log into the FRx App, select Makan Master and place your order!
When can I place orders?
You can place an order during the store opening hours. Sometimes stores will pause orders if demand is high and they're unable to fill orders fast enough.
What dining options are there?
Depending on the store, take-away and delivery options are available. Table reservations are currently disabled.
Can I pre-order my food?
Pre-ordering is available for takeaway orders only. Simply, select the time slot when making your takeaway order. Pre-ordering delivery is currently not available.
Can I book a table?
Table reservations are currently disabled.
What if I have food allergies or preferences?
You can request modifications to a dish's ingredients and preparation. Use the special instructions field to include instructions or requests to have a dish prepared.
What should I do if I have an issue but is not able to obtain assistance from the counter?

ORDERS
 

Can I place orders from multiple stores and checkout all at once?
You cannot order from multiple stores in the same order. However, if you do want food from multiple stores, once you place your order, you can then order items from a different store while your current order is being prepared.
How do I know that my order has been accepted?
An email and in-app notification will be sent you informing you that the store has accepted your order. Alternatively, you can check 'My Orders' in Makan Master to check the order status.
Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
We understand that plans sometimes change. Contact the store directly and they have not started preparing your order, you may request for a cancellation and a refund. If you cancel your order AFTER the store has started preparing it, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I change my order?
To change your order, contact the store directly to cancel your existing order. You can place a new order with the changes. If you cancel your order AFTER the store has started preparing it, you will not be eligible for a refund.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We understand that sometimes things might go wrong. We are happy to help. Please contact the Makan Master support team at MMhelp@frasersproperty.com.
Are the prices on Makan Master the same as the prices in-store?
Yes, the prices for dishes you see on Makan Master are the same as you would enjoy in-store, excluding any delivery charges.

PAYMENT
 

What are the payment methods accepted on Makan Master?
Makan Master currently accepts payment via Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards (DGC), DBS PayLah! and DBS/POSB credit cards. Digital Gift Cards are available for purchase in the Frasers Experience (FRx) App.

1. Frasers Property Digital Gift Card

For full payment
  • On the order summary screen, enter the full amount to be deducted from your DGC and tap ‘Use’.
  • A message box will appear to confirm full payment by DGC, tap ‘Proceed’.
  • Upon successful payment, a ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

For partial payment
  • On the order summary screen, enter the amount to be deducted from your DGC and tap ‘Use’.
  • The revised payment amount will be reflected, tap ‘Next’ to continue payment with DBS PayLah! or DBS credit card (refer to point 2 or 3 for the respective payment modes).
  • Upon successful payment, a ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear on the Makan Master payment page, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

2. DBS PayLah!
  • Ensure you are logged into the DBS PayLah! app before making payment.
  • On the ‘Select Payment Method’ screen, enter your mobile number registered to DBS PayLah! and tap ‘Proceed with Payment’.
  • A Payment Request will be sent to your DBS PayLah! in-app notification.
  • Proceed to make payment on the DBS PayLah! app before returning to the Makan Master payment screen.
  • On the Makan Master payment screen, a ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

3. DBS/POSB Credit Card
  • On the ‘Select Payment Method’ screen, tap on ‘Add DBS/POSB Cards’ and you will be directed to the payment gateway to enter your card details.
  • Key in the required details, tap ‘Submit’ and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Key in the OTP, upon successful entry, the card will be added to your Makan Master account.
  • Select the card for payment and tap ‘Place Order’.
  • A message will appear informing you about your order and the amount to be charged, tap ‘Proceed’.
  • A ‘Transaction Complete’ box will appear, tap ‘Close’ on the screen.
  • You will then be directed to the ‘My Orders’ screen to view your order status.

DELIVERY
 

What is the minimum amount for delivery?
The minimum order amount is determined by each store and is indicated in Makan Master.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
The estimated delivery time is calculated when you enter your address. You will also be notified if your address is outside our delivery zone.
Which locations offer delivery services?
Makan Master is available in selected areas in Singapore and delivery locations are determined by each store. Simply select the store and enter your address to check if you are within their delivery zone.
What if my delivery rider did not arrive?
If the status in 'My Orders' is showing that the order has been delivered but you do not have your food, please contact the Makan Master support team at MMhelp@frasersproperty.com.
How can I claim vouchers and promotions?
  1. If a store has an ongoing promotion, it will be displayed once you select the store.
  2. Simply apply the promotion code at checkout to enjoy the promotion.
Can I view past orders?
All receipts from your previous orders can be viewed in 'My Order' in Makan Master.
