Terms and conditions

1. "Hit the Bullseye" is open to all Frasers Rewards members.

2. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. The prizes may be withheld until and unless Frasers Property Singapore is satisfied with the verification.

3. Hit the Bullseye ("Game"), as described in this document, is organised and promoted by Frasers Property Singapore.

4. To qualify for the Game:

• Participants must be a Frasers Rewards member, and must abide by all the terms governing Frasers Rewards membership. 
  
• Participants must spend a minimum of $30 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions and scan their QR codes at participating stores.
  
• Participants must present transaction details scanned to the same Frasers Rewards account and original receipts in person at the game station.
  
• Participants are provided with 3 balls at the start of the Game and must land these balls in the designated holes in order to win.

5. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to Frasers Property Singapore’s decision. All matters relating to the Game is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

• who is found to have tampered with the Game process;
  
• who is found to have participated in the Game under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
  
• who has, in the opinion of Frasers Property Singapore, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise, the fair and proper conduct of the Game; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Game which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Game and/or Frasers Property Singapore.

7. Frasers Property Singapore’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.

8. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered and the prizes are not transferable.

9. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Game, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Game, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.

10. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Game. By participating in this Game, participants consent to and grant Frasers Property Singapore the right to use the Game submission (images / videos) for marketing, promotion and / or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.

11. Frasers Property Singapore’s decision on the Game results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

12. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Game subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
