A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number and email address in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

- Each FRx member may purchase an unlimited number of FRx Gift Cards at the discounted rate via the FRx app, either for self and/or eGifting throughout the campaign, while stocks last.
- During this promotion, each member can enjoy a $10 bonus value when they select the $250 FRx Gift Card option and enter promo code GRAB10 at checkout, with final payment of $250 for a $260 FRx Gift Card.
- For eGifting, purchasers need to ensure the recipients' email addresses or mobile numbers are correctly entered. FPRM will not be able to amend wrong email addresses or mobile numbers due to security reasons.
- The stored value in this FRx Gift Card may be used in full or partial payment for goods and services at participating malls of Frasers Property Singapore retailers only, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. No reimbursements or replacements will be made for lost or stolen cards.
- The stored value in this FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Any use of this FRx Gift Card shall be governed by, and constitutes acceptance of, the full terms and conditions set out in www.FrasersExperience.com.
- FRx gift cards are accepted at participating retailers (“Gift Card Participating Merchants“) at the malls managed by FPS (“Frasers Property Singapore”), the full list of which may be obtained from http://bit.ly/FrasersFGC.
- FRx Gift Cards once sold will not be refunded.
- An in-app confirmation will be sent when FRx Gift Card(s) are successfully added to the member’s FRx e-wallet.
- For GrabPay users, payment confirmation will be reflected in the Grab App. FPRM will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful transactions due to insufficient funds in GrabPay Wallet or any other reason. For any payment-related inquiries, please contact Grab Help Centre.

D. OTHERS
