A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards/additional perks:
Receive a $15 FRx Gift Card with $150 spent using a Citi Mastercard.

Updated as of 20 Dec 2024, 8.12pm: The $15 FRx Gift Card is fully redeemed at Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
Scan your FRx QR code in the FRx app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
- Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
- Minimum spend of $150 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions for a $15 FRx Gift Card when you pay with your Citi Mastercard. Full payment must be made via Citi Mastercard.
- Present up to 3 Citi Mastercard charge slips and your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls' Customer Service to redeem.
- Charge slips must be from the same Citi Mastercard.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.
- Applicable to in-store purchases and electronic transactions at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.
- A FRx Gift Card will be credited to the member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.
- The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.
- Promotion is eligible for all Citi Cardmembers, except for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
- To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
- The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
- For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
- For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls to earn FRx Points.
- All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
- All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.
- The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
- Citibank and the Management of the respective malls’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties, and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. EVENT
1. A Calm Christmas [‘Event’] is open to all Frasers Experience members and their immediate family and is held from 9 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 at The Centrepoint.
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
2.1 From 9 Nov, 11am, FRx Members can sign up for A Calm Christmas at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/calmchristmas
2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.
2.3 Booking of an event via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Registration slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
2.4 Registration is free. Each headphone booking can only accommodate one adult or child.
2.5 Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
2.6 Additional adults who wish to participate must make a separate booking.
2.7 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.
2.8 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented and validated prior to entry to the event.
2.9 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.
2.10 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.
2.11 A $200 fee will apply for any damages found to the headphones upon return. Missing headphones will be subject to review.
2.12 Failure to return headphones within the 2-hour session will result in a temporary freeze on your Frasers Experience privileges.
3. BOOKING DETAILS
3.1 Shoppers may receive a call from the Customer Service Officer via their FRx registered mobile number prior to the event start time to confirm their attendance. Shoppers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the booking start time.
3.2 The booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter the slot will be released and deemed as no-show.
3.5 The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.
E. OTHERS
4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.
4.2 All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.
4.3 In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
4.4 Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Singapore for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Frasers Property Singapore and/or its authorised third parties.
4.5 Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
