B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:  

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service/Concierge at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.   

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number and email address in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
