B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, White Sands

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Concierge at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Concierge at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

4. To apply, download the FRx app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

Event is open to FRx Members and their children who are above 4 years old. FRx members can only register for themselves and up to 5 children in a single booking.
Any additional adults and children who would like to participate will require separate bookings, with a separate minimum purchase of $50 in a single same-day transaction.
Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session. Event organizer reserves the right to sight and verify the age of the child upon entry. Accompanying adult will require a play pass.
Children must be at least 7 years of age and 90cm and above in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.
Socks are compulsory to enter the event; participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

D. LUCKY DRAW

1. ‘10^th Anniversary Lucky Draw’ ("Lucky Draw") is organised and promoted by FC Retail Trustee Pte Ltd (as trustee manager of Sapphire Star Trust) and the Lucky Draw Period is from 27 March 2026 (10:00am) to 3 May 2026 (23:59pm).

2. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw: Participants must be an FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions. Participants must access the Lucky Draw via the FRx app with their member account login.

4. FRx members earn electronic lucky draw chances in ‘10^th Anniversary Lucky Draw’ within the promotion period by spending a minimum of $50 at participating stores to receive 1 lucky draw chance. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when member meet the minimum spend requirements and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.

5. Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $70 at a store, you will receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $80 at another store, you will receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $150 in two transactions, you will receive two lucky draw chances. For the spending of $100 in one transaction, you will receive one lucky draw chance.

6. Ten lucky winners will be selected in a random computerized drawing, which will be conducted at 83 Punggol Central, Waterway Point Singapore 828761 on 6 May 2026.

7. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via the website (https://www.waterwaypoint.com.sg/).

8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

9. The “Lucky Draw Period" runs for thirty (38) days, from 27 March to 3 May 2026. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.

10. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to Frasers Property Retail Management’s decision. All decisions relating to the Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

11. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

who is found to have tampered with the Lucky Draw process;
who is found to have participated in the Lucky Draw under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
who has, in the opinion of FPRM, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Lucky Draw; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Lucky Draw which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Lucky Draw and/or FPRM.

12. Frasers Property Retail Management legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.

13. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Retail Management will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.

14. Frasers Property Retail Management assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.

15. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered.

16. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Lucky Draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Lucky Draw, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.

17. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Lucky Draw. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to and grant Frasers Property Retail Management the right to use the Lucky Draw submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.

18. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.

19. Frasers Property Retail Management decision on the Lucky Draw results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

20. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Lucky Draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

E. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
