A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number and email address in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

Scan your FRx QR Code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
The participating mall is Causeway Point.
Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.
Spend $50 at participating FRx stores to redeem a Dino buddy lanyard for children under 12 years old
- Minimum spend of $50 in a single transaction at any participating FRx store.
- Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2, to redeem.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to 2 redemptions per FRx member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Limited to one redemption per child.
- Valid proof of birth year may be required for verification.
- Not stackable with any other redemptions.

DINO'S BIRTHDAY FUN PACK & EGG-VENTURE HUNT
Saturday, 14 March & Sunday, 15 March 2026
Spend $80 to redeem a birthday fun pack and a game pass to the 15-min Egg-venture Hunt for sure-win prizes at L7 Wet Dino Park.
The participating mall is Causeway Point.
- Minimum spend of $80 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
- Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
- A minimum age of 3 years is required. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pre-registration is required at Customer Service from Tue, 10 Mar 2026
- Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2, to redeem.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to a maximum of 4 registrations per FRx member per same-day activity, regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- A separate minimum spend of $80 is required for each registration.
- Limited to the first 100 FRx members per day.
- Participants are to arrive at the location 15 mins before the commencement of the event.
- In the event that Participants are late for the registered slot, respective slots will be released.
- Water features will be turned off to facilitate the activity.
- The Management of Causeway Point reserves the right to change the venue or cancel the Egg-venture Hunt in case of inclement weather.
- Personal data including photographs, will be collected for marketing purposes.
- Not stackable with any other redemptions.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at respective Customer Service Counters.
7. The Management of Causeway Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
8. The decision of the Management of Causeway Point on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.
9. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of Frasers Property Singapore shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
10. The Management of Causeway Point reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
D. OTHERS

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Causeway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Causeway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
