A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 17 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Alexandra Technopark, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Cross Street Exchange, Eastpoint Mall, Frasers Tower, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.
3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx App or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

B. REDEMPTION

Scan your member QR code in the app when paying in-store at participating retailers. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience account.
Spend $50 ($80 for supermarket transactions) to redeem One token for the Christmas Gumball Machine.

Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction to earn Frasers Points.

Maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions from participating outlet(s).

Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of the total amount spent.

Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service Counter at Level 1, to redeem your christmas gumball token!

Limited to 3 gumball tokens per FRx member per day.

Limited to 1 bonus token per person during the campaign period.

Voucher valid till 02 Jan 2022, strictly no extension allowed.

Any un-used vouchers will be forfeited. If the value of the voucher is not fully used, no refund will be given for the balance.

Vouchers are not accumulative. Only one voucher can be used in each purchase.

The management of Valley Point reserves the right to verify original receipts and purchases before granting redemption.

Present your member QR code in the Frasers Experience app and original receipt(s) to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service Counter to redeem free parking for 2 hours on weekdays only.

Free parking coupon is valid on the day of redemption only, available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience account.
3. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
4. All instant reward benefits may vary across malls. Please check details at Customer Service Counter.
5. The Management of Valley Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
C. OTHERS
