9. Winners must present their NRIC/FIN/Passport identification card for verification upon collection of prizes. All prizes must be accepted as it is and is non-transferrable or exchangeable for any other items, products or cash. No extension of expiry date is allowed for any prizes / vouchers / gift cards that are given out.
10. Changi City Point reserves the rights to substitute any, or all, of the prizes to be awarded to the winners of the contest without prior notice.
11. Each prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited.
12. Changi City Point will not be responsible if any winner fails to take up the specified prize.
13. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Changi City Point to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising, marketing, promotional and archival purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. Employees of Changi City Point, together with their participating business partners and advertising agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter this contest.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Changi City Point reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise the rules of the contest, or revise or cancel the contest at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend the contest should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Changi City Point’s control corrupt of impair the administration, security, fairness of the entries. Changi City Point is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries nor for any technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any web site(s).
16. In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by the Changi City Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
